I began working with Sue a little over a year ago.  At the beginning of our first conversation, Sue asked me what was I looking for or what did I want in my life, I answered I wanted to be happy and have a sense of peace.  This journey began with learning to forgive myself for my past mistakes. With Sue’s help, I’ve been able to forgive the mistakes that caused me so much angst.  Sue’s coaching and insight have led me to really think about the things that I want/need to be happy.  Something I had really never done before.

Sue is compassionate, kind, and patient and she listens. which is rare.  I highly recommend Sue.

Sue DeCaro has been a genuine partner and advocates on my path to fully realize my best and highest work and the truest expression of myself. She listened, reflected and held me accountable for staying aligned with my goals and intentions, all while ensuring I stayed true to who I am. Whenever I started to waver or slip, Sue was there…whether on our coaching calls or as a benevolent voice in my head…ushering me forward, guiding me on, and helping me to remember my way home. I am happy to say that my new venture is launching as planned because I took the time and made the investment in Sue’s services to ensure I stayed committed and devoted to my deepest knowing and my most vulnerable dreams.

Sue DeCaro has been such a supportive partner to me while I am expanding in my role as a parent coach. She imparts so much wisdom during our coaching calls, encourages me, and gives me tools to utilize for my growth. I appreciate how Sue checks in with me between my appointments with her. Her thoughtfulness and continued support are invaluable to me. Thank you, Sue!

Having a session with Sue a few years back, was the start of my inner child healing journey. There was a particular challenge I’d been facing that was really starting to affect a close relationship I had with a family member. I was struggling to understand how I could move forward without resenting them for something they’d done that I felt had affected my life in such a huge way. Sue helped me to see the situation in a way and I was able to forgive and empathize with their behavior. I have since learned to always remember that we are all doing our best from our own experiences and upbringing and that’s really helped me to move forward and heal part of that trauma. Thank you so much, Sue, for being such a kind, calm, understanding professional. You made me feel so comfortable and able to open up so that you could help me in the best way that you could. I will be forever grateful.

I had been searching for a different and more meaningful approach to parenting. Thank goodness I found Sue DeCaro.  She opened my eyes and mind to a whole new level of parenting.  My conversations with her just seemed to flow.  Sue has a wonderfully calming presence, and I instantly felt comfortable with her.  She took me on a journey back to my childhood.  That’s when the real healing began.  It was hard.  It was painful.  It was necessary!!  I felt like something inside me had been awakened.  I now am able to see my kids in a light I had been missing out on before.  My kids and I are connecting on a whole new level.  I have Sue to thank for showing me this path.   I have myself to thank for doing the work and continuing this journey every day.  Sue, my friend, you are a game-changer.  I am forever thankful for you.

Sue is a JOY to work with!  Her clarity, ability to deeply listen and directness have helped me a lot.  She has a natural ability to cut through all the messiness of challenging experiences and quickly hone with recommendations that bring about tangible results.  Sue also has a very intuitive nature and softness and it feels like I’ve known her for much longer than I have.  I would highly recommend Sue and happy to be a reference if anyone would like to know about my experience with her.

Today marks the last session on Parental Coaching for Sue and me, but certainly not the last time we are working together. I started working with Sue on July 26, 2019, as I was having a hard time on my parental journey. She was there for me to overcome the obstacles that I wasn`t able to see because of my burn out as a mom. She said the one thing children are looking for is the connection not just the correction. That hit my heart at that time and I started to see things in a different way. She leads me not only as an experienced mom but also as a successful businesswoman. I am on my first steps of working again after being a stay at home mom with my 2 children and that’s all thanks to Sue for empowering me. Please reach out to Sue if you need parental help, if you need someone to empower you in your journey as a parent and professional. Thank you, Sue! Love, Dorthi.

Working with Sue has been a professional, yet very personal experience for me. She is one of the most patient and compassionate, heart-centered individuals that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
I found Sue (or she found me) at a time that I was so very lost. My husband had recently passed away and I was ever-so doubting my ability to parent. Week by week, Sue took the time to listen and hear my struggles. With words spoken straight from her heart, she gently guided me to find the answers within myself. I truly feel that she empowered me as a person and as the mother of two young boys. I feel confident to say that I now empower my children too. Sue was there with me through the tears; she laughed with me through the humorous times in parenting, and was my very own cheering section through my growth. I can honestly say it has been an invaluable experience to work with Sue; a million thanks would not suffice. ❤️

Sue was such a pleasure to work with! Her strategies were thoughtful, personalized, and effective. And her calm, soothing demeanor is invaluable to an overwhelmed mom! I appreciate that her advice is from a gentle, collaborative parenting approach, and not your typical sticker chart behavioral approach. I would recommend Sue to anyone who needs some help managing the stress of motherhood and their kids’ behavioral concerns.

Sue is much more than a passionate and warm-hearted coach: in her, I see my guardian angel. That’s how she arrived in my life and, as angels do, she showed me the way I needed to go. Now I know that with her gentle and loving support I can always find my way “back home” and thus come to equilibrium. I will never forget how she helped me out of fear and anxiety by simply activating my inner guide in the most beautiful and profound way one can think of.

Her ability to heal, to empower, to encourage you to shine YOUR light is beyond words. All these qualities make Sue an extraordinary mentor that I can only recommend.
