Sue’s course is such a valuable resource which will help all of us parents to become more aware of how our behavior is reflected on our children. We all react when something triggers us. When we are aware of the reasons why we really react in a specific way, we can transform our reactions to responses, which is truly beneficial for our children and their future. Thank you, Sue for shining your light in this world and helping us all to build a better future for new generations.
Thank you so much. I am so glad that you found this course to be so valuable. That is my hope.
Parenting is hard. Unlike other roles, there is no script or manual – one must learn on the job. Parenting during stressful times is even harder so whatever you are going through, whether it’s a pandemic or personal hurdle, stress during parenting is inevitable and if you are like me or any other parent I know, stress results in our hot buttons getting pushed, triggering even the most patient parent. We do not have to go through the tough moments on our own though. Sue De Caro’s course, The Mindful Solutions to Triggers For Parents addresses just that and reminds us that there is a mindful way to salvage the relationship with our children, spouses, friends, colleagues, basically all our relationships, if we have the tools to recognize our triggers, transcend them, and find our groove.
Sue has been a mentor who has helped me overcome many parenting hurdles, specifically, tuning into my own challenges and developing curiosity around my own triggers so that I can be dialed IN when my kids challenge me most. I recommend this course to anyone looking to connect deeply with themselves and their children. Triggers are universal and by addressing them, we can enhance every facet of all our important relationships.
Thank you for your beautiful comments about my work and this course. I appreciate it. It has been an honor to walk beside you.
Sue has been a loving, sweet, comforting and encouraging voice in my life. I have learned so much from her. I recently took this course about triggers and loved it. It’s short and easy to follow, yet rich in helpful and practical information on how to address them. It gave me great tools to use going forward. It includes a workbook with questions for us to reflect, go within and make connections. It helped me realize how I’ve been reacting from ego, and to see this as an opportunity for growth so I can respond to triggers appropriately, staying connected to my authentic self. It also reminded me about my children being my mirror and that I learn from them as much as they learn from me. Even though it’s geared towards parenting, the lessons can be applied to all areas of my life. I definitely recommend it! Thank you Sue, I’m so grateful for you ❤️
Thank you so much!
How long is this course? Is it live or recorded?
The course is at your own pace – perhaps 60 -90 minutes with a workbook. It is prerecorded but interactive and transformative.
